What stays on your device

Every message, attached document, generated image and setting is stored locally in your user profile. None of it is transmitted to Cydrah AI or any third party as part of normal use.

What we collect

Account and billing details for paid plans (name, email, payment method, handled by our payment processor). We do not collect chat content, attached files, or generated images.

Contact and waitlist forms on this website

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and platform choice in a database we control, hosted by Cloudflare. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message; these are passed to Formspree, a third-party form service that forwards them to our support inbox. We use this information only to reply to you or, for the waitlist, to tell you when Cydrah AI is available to download. We do not sell it or add you to any other mailing list.

To keep automated spam out of these forms, the contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots. Cloudflare processes this data under its privacy policy.

This website

cydrah.com is served by Cloudflare. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own domain rather than loaded from a third party. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

When Cydrah AI connects to the internet

Only when you turn on "Search the web" for a message, or click a model/app update button. Both are always visible, opt-in actions — never automatic.

Data retention

Local conversation data is retained until you delete it. Billing records are retained per applicable tax and accounting law. Contact and waitlist submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can export or delete any conversation from within the app at any time. To request deletion of billing/account data, or to be removed from the waitlist or have a contact form submission deleted, contact [email protected].
